We will resolve any issues that arise with your order, delivery, the products and their use and will do whatever is in our ability to assure that you are satisfied with your products, the information we provide and the service you receive. .
Note: If any of our products are given as a gift, the recipient may exchange their item for any other product in our store of equal or greater value. We will accept returns only after obtaining approval from the original purchaser. In these cases, credit will be processed to the account used for purchase. Under no circumstances will we return cash to a third party.
Shipping: If a product is received damaged, it will be replaced with no additoinal costs. There are times when a damaged produst will be requested to be returned. Shipping instruction will be forwarded in these situations. Returns without proper notification and authorizaiton will not be recognized or compensated however.
