Your SMART Kitchen is a secure website that uses the latest technology to protect your payment details. We use a Secure Server that encrypts all your personal information into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

Protecting your privacy is just one aspect of our customer service philosophy. Our website is designed for both security and swift navigation. Quickly find a specific item using the “Search” function, or browse our products in the manner best suited to you – by image, category, brand, or alphabetic list. Like a brick-and-mortar store, you may browse our site without providing any personal information.
The Information We Collect
To complete your order, we request only your billing and shipping address which includes your email so we can keep you informed of shipping status and your phone number which is requested by UPS and FedEx for delivery.
For delivery of our newsletter, we request your name and email address.
If you establish a customer account, payment information may be included. All customer account data is maintained on a secure server and is stored encrypted. No plain text version of this data is retaind by Your Smart Kitchen or any service providers.
Payment Information
For convenient online ordering we use a secure payment processing service. This service requests valid credit card information of name, billing address, credit card number including expiration date and the credit card verification number (CCV#).
As an alternative, we also use PayPal as a trusted third party. Only PayPal account information is required for this method of payment.
Your order is immediately processed upon payment approval. No payment data is retained by Your Smart Kitchen and the payment service purges data 90 days following completion of the transaction.
How We Store Your Info
For those who choose to set up an account, this information is maintained in confidential and restricted files. Names and email used for our newsletter and other correspondence is maintained in a separate secure file. We will not sell or release you name or email address to any other parties.
